Q Eytan: And it was evidenced by a text message from Ms. Morphew on May 6th that said, “I’m done. I could care less what you’ve been up to for years. We just need to figure this out civilly,” correct?
A Harris: Correct.
Q Eytan: And that was screen shotted at 10:13 am, correct?
A Harris: I don’t believe it was screen shotted. I think – again, I’m not the expert on this. The way it was explained to me is that if somebody swipe deletes a text when it comes in it stores it somewhere else in their memory. So it wasn’t a screenshot made by Mr. Morphew or Ms. Morphew. It would be when Mr. Morphew deleted it it saved it somewhere else.
Q Eytan: So the time is unknown at this point but the text was recovered, correct?
A Harris: I don’t remember if there’s a time associated with when it was deleted or not. I think there might be. But there’s a time on that text.
Q Eytan: And later that day at 3:51 pm what appears to be is there was a fight about money again, correct?

I have always been faithful. Always. Why would I ever want another when I’m married to the most beautiful, sweet, kind, loving, woman as you? Only a fool would stray from an angel like you,” correct?
